Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store www.tshirtplease.com and all purchases made through it. They are prepared in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the GDPR and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2). 1. General

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. The Terms are available at any time on this page and may be updated; the version valid at the moment of your order applies to that order. Purchases can be made as a guest — no registration is required.

2. Products and prices

All products are printed to order in our own workshop using durable DTF print on quality garments (see T-shirts Quality). Product images are illustrative of the printed design; slight variations in shade may occur between screen and print.

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include Slovenian VAT (22%). Prices are valid at the moment of order confirmation. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

3. Payment methods

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept:

• credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
• other express payment methods offered at checkout by Stripe (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, where available).

We never see or store your full card details — they are handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor.

4. Ordering process

The technical steps of the purchase are described on the Order Process page. After you place an order you receive an order confirmation by e-mail with your order number and a summary of the purchase. The purchase contract is stored electronically and can be requested at info@tshirtplease.com. The contract is concluded in English.

5. Production and delivery

Because every product is printed to order, we normally hand your order to the carrier within 1–3 working days. Delivery times depend on the destination: Slovenia typically 1–2 working days after dispatch, other EU countries 3–7 working days, rest of the world 7–21 working days. We ship from Slovenia (EU), so there are no customs duties for deliveries within the EU.

6. Right of withdrawal (returns)

For standard catalogue products you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by notifying us at info@tshirtplease.com. You then return the goods within 14 days of that notice. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. We refund the purchase price using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exception: in accordance with ZVPot-1, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised — e.g. shirts printed with your own text, name, year or a custom design. Such items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

7. Faulty items and complaints

If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, contact us at info@tshirtplease.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund you — including shipping — as required by the statutory rules on material defects (ZVPot-1). Statutory warranty claims are not affected by anything in these Terms.

8. Care instructions

To keep prints vivid: wash inside out at max 30 °C, do not tumble-dry, do not iron directly over the print, do not dry-clean. Defects caused by incorrect care are not covered by complaints.

9. Personal data

We process personal data only to the extent needed to fulfil your order. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Disputes

We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably — write to us first. Consumer disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
