How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is €5 anywhere in Europe — and free for orders over €50. We ship from Slovenia (EU), so there are no customs charges for EU deliveries.
How long until my order arrives?
Every item is printed to order, usually within 1–3 working days. Delivery then takes 1–2 working days in Slovenia and 3–7 working days elsewhere in the EU.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out entirely as a guest. If you prefer, you can create an account — including with your Google login — to track orders more easily.
How do I pay?
Securely by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, plus express options like Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All prices are in EUR and include 22% Slovenian VAT.
Which size should I pick?
Check the Size Charts page — it lists exact measurements for men's, women's and kids' t-shirts, hoodies and baby bodysuits. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger one.
Can I get a shirt with my own text?
Yes! Many designs have a field for your own name, year or text — and in the Custom design collection we print any idea you have. The preview options on each product page show exactly what can be personalised.
Can I return my order?
Standard catalogue items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. Personalised items (printed with your text or custom design) cannot be returned unless faulty — see our Terms and Conditions.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Write to info@tshirtplease.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, including shipping.
How should I care for the print?
Wash inside out at max 30 °C, skip the tumble-dryer and never iron directly over the print. Done right, the DTF print stays vivid wash after wash.

From our own print workshop in Ljubljana, Slovenia (EU). We deliver across Europe and worldwide.
