Terms and Conditions – Top Majice d.o.o.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions are prepared in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). They govern the online store https://www.tshirtplease.com, operated by:

Customers are bound by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase. By placing an order, the customer confirms familiarity and acceptance.

2. Availability of Information

• Company identity (name, registered seat, registration number)
• Contact details for quick communication
• Essential characteristics of products
• Prices including jVAT and shipping costs
• Information on delivery and payment
• Validity of the offer
• Conditions for withdrawal from the contract and product returns

3. Ordering Process and Conclusion of the Contract

The sales contract is concluded when the merchant sends an order confirmation email to the customer. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed. The contract is stored electronically.

An invoice in PDF format is sent by email or enclosed with the shipment. Customers must verify the accuracy of their data when placing the order.

4. Returns and Withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason. Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and in unchanged quantity. The customer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds are processed no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice and are paid to the customer’s bank account.

Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

• Europe: €6.00
• Rest of the world: €12.00

No personal pickup. Delivery by GLS or a comparable courier partner. Typical delivery time within Slovenia is 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

7. Prices

All prices on tshirtplease.com are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. Prices apply at the time of order submission and have no predefined validity period.

In case of a pricing error, the merchant will notify the customer, who may cancel the order or confirm it at the corrected price.

8. Material Defects

A defect is material if the product lacks properties necessary for normal use or deviates from the agreed sample. The customer must notify the merchant within the statutory period and allow inspection of the product.

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The merchant processes personal data to fulfil orders, communicate with customers, and improve user experience, in compliance with applicable legislation, including the GDPR. Users have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data as provided by law.

10. Copyright

All content on tshirtplease.com is protected by copyright. Any copying, use, or distribution without prior permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The merchant is not liable for consequences of improper product use or for service disruptions due to factors beyond its control.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Send complaints to info@tshirtplease.com. The merchant replies within 8 days and seeks amicable resolution. If no amicable solution is possible, the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia, has jurisdiction. Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The merchant may amend these Terms due to legislative changes or business policy. Customers will be informed via the website or email. If a customer disagrees, they may withdraw from the contract within 8 days of publication of changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and all purchases made on tshirtplease.com are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, regardless of the customer’s country of residence or the place of ordering.
