Order Process

Ordering on tshirtplease.com is fast and simple, and no registration is needed. A few clicks and your new favourite shirt is on its way.

1. Find your design

Use the search or browse the collections and categories. Try keywords like “birthday”, “retired”, “fishing” or “gift for him”. Click a product to see the details, both descriptions and all options.

2. Choose your options

On the product page pick the type and size (men's, women's or kids'), the shirt colour and the print colour. Personalised designs also have a field for your own text — a name, a year or anything you like. When everything is selected, click Add to cart.

3. Review your cart

In the cart you can change quantities, remove items or keep shopping. Every line shows exactly the options you selected. When you're ready, proceed to checkout.

4. Enter delivery details

Fill in your name, address, phone number and e-mail — that's where your order confirmation will arrive. You can check out entirely as a guest, or create an account if you'd like to track your orders more easily.

5. Pay securely

Payments are processed by Stripe: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and express options like Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. All prices are in EUR and include VAT — the amount you see is the amount you pay.

6. Confirmation and delivery

After placing the order you immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. We print your order in our own workshop — usually within 1–3 working days — and ship it to your door. Deliveries within the EU have no customs charges.

Do I need an account?

No — guest checkout is fully supported.

Can I change my order?

Write to info@tshirtplease.com as soon as possible with your order number. If printing hasn't started yet, we'll gladly adjust it.

What if the shirt doesn't fit?

Check the Size Charts before ordering. Standard (non-personalised) items can be returned within 14 days — see the Terms and Conditions.
